Fall riding is about being comfy, having some style or personality, and of course, layers! Here are my fav clothes for this fall.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Kali Protective Maya Helmet & Gloves
For fall riding a like a helmet with more coverage that keeps out the cool breeze but still breaths. The Maya helmet cradles my big head perfectly, has a great color, and the visor makes the helmet looks rad.
I always wear full fingered gloves, it’s a habit. If you don’t, think bout it for this fall. They keep your digits warm while keeping them safe when knuckle punching passing trees.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Five Ten HellCats
5 Ten makes my fav mtbing and climbing shoes. What is super rad about these hellcats is that they also run clip less. Multi function and versatility is key for a nomad. The Velcro isn’t to nerd me out, but keeps my laces out of the cog. The bright color takes me back to my 10-year-old self who was obsessed with neon lime green, guess fashion sense never dies.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Big Agnes T
The perfect base layer to keep my core warm from the fall chill is an old fashioned cotton T. Even
though Big Agnes is known for fitting dirtbags everywhere, I gotta say I'm loving this T right now. It’s handy for when I need to strip down a layer once I get into the flow.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Tall Socks
I LOVE to don some fun tall socks. I have a few pairs with crazy patterns and designs. I've been sporting my nautical socks lately, I dig them...a lot! Not only do tall socks keep my legs warm, but they add some personality.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Bike Shorts from Dirty Jane
Bike shorts have always been an endless battle for me, but thanks to Dirty Jane I’ve found a perfect fit. These Club Ride biking shorts are perfect for any season.
Fav Fall Riding Clothes: Royal Robbins Wool Highland Hoody
Wool is the BEST for fall riding and this hoody works as a great layer (under or over). Its thin and light, yet keeps me warm. Plus, it doesn’t need to be washed too much. And an added bonus, it can jazz up any fall outfit, on or off the trail. I LOVE multi purpose clothes, which, once again, is almost a must for this nomad!
